Q 1: What's the current status of my order?
A: To get an update on your t- shirt order, please login to our customer portal and view your purchase you made online while customizing your tee-shirts.

 

Q 2: I've received my order, and something's not quite right. What can I do?
A: It's a bummer when things aren't quite right, so please get in touch and we'll get on to rectifying your garment order!

 

Q 3: My order is late, what can I do?

A: We aim to deliver your purchase within 12 to 14 business days. If you haven't heard from us and the due date on your invoice has passed, please give us a call and we'll be able to chase this up for you. If you have a date or event you need this for please get in contact with us before you need them so we can ensure you get them on time.

 

Q 4: I've got some feedback for The Custom T Shirt Printing Online Shop, who should I talk to?
